Once a person places the order it is considered an order request. When the order is paid, then it is considered an actual order.
Delivery Definition

Rural Courier Delivery = We use a Rural Courier Delivery Service to ship just outside the Winnipeg Area. ie: St Norbert, etc. Generally, within 5-10 minutes outside the perimeter.

Lab Testing at Indokratom.ca
The following outlines tests the Kratom powders may undergo each time they are laboratory-tested.
Identification of Botanical Compounds
- • High Pressure Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) – A test to verify the product matches its label, and identifies the active ingredients through comparison with a reference standard.
- • Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (GCMS) – This test confirms the same information as an HPLC test.
- • Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) – Another test to verify the botanical makeup of the product, carried out by comparing it to a reference standard.
Organoleptic Testing (Use of the senses for identification)
- • Visual Appearance, Aroma & Colour – A product sample undergoes comparison with the current, industry accepted standards.
Microbiology Testing
- • Total Aerobic Plate Count/Yeast and Mold Count – These tests identify and count existing microorganisms within the sample. The lower the count, the cleaner the product.
- • Testing for Coliform/E. Coli/Salmonella – Tests to detect and count the number of bacteria within the sample.
Heavy Metal Testing
All metals analyzed are based on a PASS result of the NHPD USP ppm limits of the following:
Cadmium, Lead, Inorganic Arsenic, Inorganic Mercury, Iridium, Osmium, Palladium, Platinum, Rhodium, Ruthenium, Chromium, Molybdenum, Nickel, Vanadium & Copper.
Pesticides
Tests are conducted to ensure Kratom products meet the current requirements for 100% organic certification.
Measurements
"Powder" product weight is quoted in Gross measurement. IE: Product + Packaging.

By ordering from Indokratom.ca, buyers hereby declare that they are eighteen (18) years of age or older and agree to these terms and conditions in THEIR ENTIRETY, including, but not limited to, the "Terms of Use" specified herein – violation of these terms and relevant acts of government constitutes MISUSE, which we have zero tolerance for. *If we find out a person is not of legal age, we will cancel all orders, refund all monies & restrict that person from future ordering.
The purchaser is in good health and capable of understanding wholly, the contents of these terms and conditions. Please be advised that you may be asked to provide government identification and/or a written declaration of your intended end use of our products in accordance our Terms Of Service* before we approve your account or order – a voluntary declaration of intended use is encouraged to avoid any delays in the approval of your account or the fulfillment of your order. In accordance with our commitment to due diligence, as well as laws governing our sale of bulk herbs, any violation or suspected violation of these terms and conditions, or of the Natural Health Products Act, which we are legally obligated to uphold, is liable to be subject to immediate account termination and order cancellation without further explanation.

Return & Refund Policy
Any product that is unopened may be returned to us for store credit of equal value within 14 days from the ship date. Items must be returned in an undamaged and untampered condition. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of the returned product.
