Order Processing Deadlines

- 🙂Local order cut off time is 3:00 PM CST. Monday to Saturday.
- 🙂Local Courier Delivery (Winnipeg) is available Mon. to Sat.
- 🙂*We require up to 24hrs to process an order. (No exceptions.)
- 🙂*We DO NOT guarantee Same Day Delivery.
- 🙂There is a DIRECT Delivery Option in the cart (A.K.A. PRIORITY). This is the fastest way to get your order — Guaranteed Same Day Delivery.

Delivery Types
Local Courier Delivery
Within the immediate Winnipeg Area and just outside the Winnipeg Perimeter Bypass (St. Norbert etc.).
Local Courier DIRECT
Need the package delivered at a specific time? Unfortunately the couriers require a 2hr – 4hr delivery window.
Rural Courier Delivery
We use a Rural Courier Delivery Service to ship just outside the Winnipeg Area. ie: Lockport, Stonewall & Selkirk etc. Generally, within 5-10 minutes outside the perimeter.
Canadian Shipping (Outside Wpg.) w/Tracking #
To ensure the fastest delivery times, we ship using multiple carriers. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by the shipping provider and is beyond our control.
Third Party Manitoba Shipping
We ship direct to several rural Manitoba locations: Ashern, St. Martin Station, Grand Rapids, Ponton, Wabowden, Thompson, Portage La Prairie, Gladstone, Neepawa, Ste Rose du Lac, Dauphin, Swan River & Brandon. (Cross Lake coming soon!) – Contact Us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
Important (Please read before ordering)
- *COURIERS cannot deliver to PO Boxes — please use ONLY a physical address.
- *IF YOU LIVE IN AN APARTMENT: Please include any special delivery instructions in the Customer Note section on the Checkout Page to ensure the COURIER driver can contact you when they arrive.
- *Local Couriers do not enter buildings for security purposes. Customers will have to meet drivers outside of building to receive their package(s).
- *Some rural or remote shipping locations may incur higher rates. Our team will reach out if your order requires additional shipping fees.

Additional Information
Indokratom.ca upholds the delivery standards that we quote on our website during checkout. There may be rare occasions where delivery is delayed due to reasons outside of our control. Indokratom.ca will not be held liable for any shipping carrier service failures, including delayed deliveries or lost packages.
Canada Post or Couriers: Please note that it may take longer than usual to see the movement of your package and further tracking updates and expected delivery dates shown may be inaccurate or delayed.
We request you double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order (including any unit or apartment number) and verify it again in your order confirmation email.
Indokratom.ca is not responsible for covering any charges for items returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect addressing provided by a customer. These items may be subject to a $15 'Return to Sender' fee, as well as the original shipping costs to re-send the order.
Indokratom.ca is not responsible for return shipping due to order errors. Indokratom.ca will issue a credit for incorrect item, or include a replacement item along with a new order placed.
From time to time, out of Winnipeg Area orders are placed using "LOCAL Courier Service" rather than "Canada Post" or "RURAL Courier Delivery" at checkout. Indokratom.ca will NOT ship the order until the proper shipping method & payment is made.
