DIRECTIONS OF USE (ADULT): To prepare: place 1g (½ teaspoon) of product into a reusable tea bag, cheesecloth or other filter / straining device, place into a cup (150-180 mL) of cool water (not hot), gently knead or squeeze for 15 or more minutes. Be sure to filter the Kava water extract 2 or more times to remove any solids. Take up to 3 times per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
